Back at it again with the family pics, haha!

We them done every year pretty much. I was just looking back at our old shoots from the last 6 years though and felt so grateful that we have. Each session was so unique, and we all change so much. 

We took these at Big Lake at Lois Hole Provincial Park. 

It was windy, bright but cloudy and it felt like our hair would all be in our faces for every shot. So we were pretty pleased with these results!

An update on why I dropped the ball

Hi Everyone, 

You've probably noticed I've stopped blogging on here entirely. 

It's all my iPhone's fault. I became an iPhoner a month or so ago and then an Instagrammer and the ease and convenience of Instagram reeled me in and now I'm hooked. Soo...you won't see any more posts on here because a) it takes too long to upload photos, b) I just don't have the time anymore. But! You can follow me on IG here- @amylauree. So follow me and then you will still see what is going on with us and the little ladies. :)

The sunny days have brought lots of smiles to these little people. The girls have loved being outside every day to play and also getting up earlier with the sun...yikes!  I foiled their windows up a bit but it doesn't seem to make a huge difference, Wren still walks into our room at 6am.

Here is a bit of what we have been doing with our days...

The other day Wren said, "Hey look at this trick Mom!" and she wheeled by with one foot on the scooter and the other high up in the air! I was proud she got so good at it and now I'm nervous.

Car washes.

Oh and scootering.

Praying for meals. haha.

Visiting the market with besties.

Trying out summer outfits from grandmas that return from trips.

And gardening in grandparents' backyards.

Tuckered Out

Wren had a busy day on Wednesday (school, playing at a friend's house..).

By dinner time, she got quieter and stopped talking, closed her eyes, and had a 4 minute snooze sitting up at the table.

This is how I usually feel by Friday after a busy week at our house too. Have a good weekend!
